Returns

Return shipping is free for orders equal to or over €80 within Metropolitan France.
We accept returns within 14 days* following the receipt of your order.

From Metropolitan France

  1. Go to the "Orders" section of your account.
  2. Select the relevant order.
  3. Click on "Return my order".
  4. Select the item to return and the reason for the return.
  5. Click on "Continue".
  6. Indicate whether you prefer a refund or a store credit, then confirm.
  7. Review the return summary.
  8. Confirm, then print the return label (only for orders over €80).

⚠️ Please note: For orders under €80, return shipping costs are your responsibility. You must pay postage with the carrier of your choice (La Poste, etc.).

From the European Union and French Overseas Territories

  1. Go to the "Orders" section of your account.
  2. Select the relevant order.
  3. Click on "Return my order".
  4. Select the item to return and the reason for the return.
  5. Click on "Continue".
  6. Indicate whether you prefer a refund or a store credit, then confirm.
  7. Review the return summary.
  8. Confirm.

Outside the European Union

  1. Go to the "Orders" section of your account.
  2. Select the relevant order.
  3. Click on "Return my order".
  4. Select the item to return and the reason for the return.
  5. Click on "Continue".
  6. Indicate whether you prefer a refund or a store credit, then confirm.
  7. Review the return summary.
  8. Confirm.

⚠️ Please note: Return shipping costs are at your expense. You must pay postage with the carrier of your choice. Your return package must be cleared through customs before reaching us. In the event that additional fees are charged to us by the carrier upon delivery, these will be deducted from your refund.

Return Conditions

  • We accept returns within 14 days* following the receipt of your order.
  • Items must be returned in perfect condition, new and unworn, with all accessories (laces, bag, etc.), in their original packaging.
  • The shoe box must not be used as a shipping box and must arrive intact.
  • Our return processing time is 3 business days from the receipt of your parcel at our warehouse, and 7 business days during private sales, clearance sales, and outlet events. For returns from non-EU orders, this timeframe may take up to 10 business days.
  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method used during purchase. (Exchanges are not available)
